The Demetz Art Studio also introduced the butcher-block lamination method which can only be executed by our high-power presses and our advanced technical knowledge. Through our advancements, we have been able to guarantee that our carvings will never split or crack, and stay in the best condition even after years of exposure to various climatic conditions.
The coloring developed by Demetz not only preserves the wood-carving’s beauty, but makes the carving resistant to moisture and air pollution

The altar mensas are made of oakwood or Eurapean walnut. The sculptured bases can be made of lindenwood, tinted in traditional colors or stained in a natural finish - or cast in fiberglass in the different finishes.
