In preparation for our Anxiety course which begins in March, we invite
you to our drop in group on February 15th 10-12pm to discover what the
course entails and how you can benefit from our 4 week course. No Fee

Our Crisis café is the place to help in your hour of need. Starts Tuesday Evenings February 5th 7-9pm
Monday, Wednesday 4– 9.30pm & Sunday 12 - 12pm Anxiety : March 5th Tuesdays 10-12pm.
