The beneit plans described in this brochure generally apply to all full-
time (30 hours or more per week) employees. If there is a discrepancy
between this brochure and the applicable insurance contract,
agreement, plan document, or employee handbook, the applicable
insurance contract, agreement, or plan document will prevail.
Neither this document nor the Carlstar Group LLC procedures and
communications shall be deemed to be a promise or guarantee of
future or continued employment or as stating provisions and terms
of employment. The Carlstar Group LLC and its employees recognize
their mutual right to end their employment relationship at any time
and acknowledge that such relationship is one of employment at will.
The Carlstar Group LLC reserves the right to change (including, but
not limited to, the right to amend, suspend or terminate) or make
exceptions to is personnel policies, procedures and beneit plans, or
to change employee contributions at its discretion at any time and
