Welcome to Franke’s 2018 open enrollment. It is our pleasure to provide
your 2018 open enrollment guide. Its purpose is to acquaint you with the
various beneit plans available to employees of Franke. We hope you ind
this guide useful as you weigh your beneit options.

Franke offers a comprehensive beneits package aimed to support your
goals of good health and inancial stability.

Now is your opportunity to enroll in coverage for you and your eligible
dependents. To continue to have beneits in 2018, you must go online and
enroll by the Friday, November 17 open enrollment deadline. You will not

be able to change your beneit elections for the 2018 plan year unless you
experience a qualiied life status as shown on page 4.
