Access the U.S. employee beneits website through the
CommScope Spectrum homepage.

A second option is to use your home computer. You
can access the U.S. employee beneits website by Select Employee in the top bar
entering www.commscopeconnect.com into your
internet browser. Step

Follow the prompts to register for access to the U.S. 2
employee beneits website.

First time users enrolling at Click on North America under the
www.commscopeconnect.com will select “Register” Compensation & Beneits section
and enter the company key CommScope.

If you forget your username or password, select “Forgot Step
your username or password” under the Login button. 3

You can also download the free Businessolver mobile
app from your smartphone’s app store to complete
enrollment from your mobile device.
