Critical Illness Insurance provides you with a lump-sum beneit payment of up to $50,000 to be
used at your discretion in the event you experience one of the covered conditions:

➤ Coma as a result of severe traumatic brain injury
➤ Heart Attack
➤ Major Organ Failure
➤ Occupational HIV
➤ Permanent paralysis as a result of a covered accident
