Beneits Enrollment
You have 30 days from date of hire to enroll in your beneit elections to ensure
they begin on time. If you miss this new hire window to enroll, you must wait until
Open Enrollment or a qualiied event to enroll.

During enrollment you have the opportunity to:
Add coverage for yourself
Add dependents to coverage
Any new dependents will be subject to an audit in order for coverage
to remain in place; you will receive a letter from our auditors with the
appropriate documentation and deadline to provide
