Aflac Supplemental Insurance Policies
All regular employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to
purchase supplemental insurance policies through Alac. Employees are
responsible for the entire premium. Currently the following policies are
offered: critical illness, short term disability, accident, and additional life
insurance. Coverage, if elected, becomes effective the irst of the month
following date of employment.
Vacation/Personal Leave
Employed physicians are eligible to take a total of ive (5) weeks of
annual vacation/personal leave.
Savings and Profit Sharing Plan
All employed physicians who have completed one year of service (must
have worked 1,000 hours during the year) are eligible to participate in
the Harbin Clinic proit sharing plan. Participation begins the irst of the
quarter (January, April, July, or October) after eligibility. The plan consists
of employee 401(k) contributions, employer matching, and an annual
employer contribution.
