Tacony partners with Personal Assistance Services (PAS) to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with an
enhanced national network. The EAP will be available to help all associates and their families ind solutions and
resources to tackle life’s challenges.
EAP specialists can conidentially discuss challenges you and your family may be facing and provide you with
consultation, information, action plans, and resources within your community.
Work Life Services Counseling Services
Adoption Marital or relationship dificulties
Child care, adult, and elder care Stress management
Children or adults with special needs Troubled children or adolescents
Financial stress Parenting issues
Legal information Alcohol and drug use
Counselors can consult with you over the phone or in person for up to ive sessions of face-to-face counseling per
issue per year.
Help is available 24 hours a day by calling 800.356.0845. Additional information is available on their website
www.paseap.com. There are strict standards of conidentiality which are in place to protect your privacy.
Treatment information is not shared with anyone without your written permission.
