To open an HSA, you’ll need the following items:
■ Your Social Security number
■ Your email address
■ Your identiication number from another form of ID (e.g., driver’s
license, passport, etc.)
Once you have opened your account, you will receive your HSA debit
card within 7-10 days.
What if I want to roll my HSA over to Busey from a
different bank?
You do not have to roll over your HSA. However, if you would like to
move your funds to Busey, please see a Personal/Universal Banker to
complete the appropriate paperwork. Busey does not charge rollover fees
when moving your account. The IRS limits rollovers to once every 12
months.
