Short Term Disability (STD)

Beneit percentage 60% of pre-disability earnings
Maximum monthly beneit $10,000
Maximum period of payment 2 years own occupation
Deinition of earnings Annual salary (excludes bonus,
commission, overtime)
LTD beneits received are reduced by State Disability Income (SDI) for
employees residing in states with a State Disability Program, Workers’
Compensation, and Social Security.
