Greenville Regional Hospital will be renewing our coverage with BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois effective
January 1, 2016. You have the choice of two beneit plans: the Buy-Up Plan and the Basic Plan. Both
plans cover Annual Wellness exams at no cost to you. You are allowed to enroll dependents in the medical
plan up to age 26, regardless of student or marital status. Please refer to the following pages for an outline
of the new 2016 plan.
