Vacation—STAFF ONLY
For regular full-time staff employees, the length of annual paid

vacation is determined by employment classiication and years of
continuous service earned through a current iscal year (July 1 through
June 30). Vacation must be taken by September 30 following iscal year
end.

Academic Year Full-Time staff (who are not in a temporary status and
who are regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week for 9

or 10 months during the academic year) are granted an annual vacation
according to the same schedule with the amount of vacation time being
prorated (9/12 or 10/12 of the vacation time given to a Regular Full-
Time employee).


At the time of termination, an employee will receive compensation for
unused and accrued current iscal year vacation per the full vacation
policy in force at the time of the termination.


Regular full time staff are also eligible to accrue sick days at the rate of
one half day per month, up to a maximum of 14 days.
