ABM ofers team members a comprehensive,
high-quality medical plan which includes
prescription drug coverage. Unless you
experience a QLE, the plan you choose now
will remain in efect through December 31,
2021.
UnitedHealthcare
When you logon to myuhc.com, you now
have the option of viewing and selecting a
Tier 1 premium physician for your healthcare
needs. Look for the blue Tier 1 dot next to
the physicians name. These Tier 1 premium
physicians are recognized for providing higher
value in healthcare delivery, which means you
may save more money on routine and specialty
care. To ind a Tier 1 premium physician, go to
welcometouhc.com/tieredbeneits and click on
Beneits > Find a Doctor or Facility.
UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Plan
If you enroll in the UHC plan, you will pay a copayment,
coinsurance, and/or deductible for covered in-network
services. You can choose any doctor (including
specialists), pharmacy, or hospital in UHC’s national
network; you do not need referrals and you do not need to
choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) (some services,
however, will be subject to pre-authorization).
Keep in mind, there is no coverage for out-of-network
medical and pharmacy services through this plan, so be
sure you always use in-network providers.
