Dependent Eligibility Verification

ABM is committed to providing afordable
healthcare beneits for all team members and
their eligible dependents. One way to ensure
we efectively spend our beneits dollars
provided to all team members is to verify
we are only paying the expenses of eligible
dependents as speciied in our healthcare
plans.

ABM has partnered with Beneitfocus to
conduct a dependent eligibility veriication.
They verify the eligibility of all dependents
covered under our beneit plans. Follow the
instructions provided on the enrollment portal
when enrolling dependents in coverage. If your
dependents have already been veriied,
they will not be required to go through this
process again .

All documentation will need to be sent to
Beneitfocus, not ABM. You will receive more
information from Beneitfocus on the required
documentation.

Non-Eligible Dependents or Failure to
Respond

Any dependent not veriied by the veriication
deadline date will be removed from coverage
immediately. This includes non-eligible
dependents and failure to respond.
