2018 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
As you track your progress, you earn points and are rewarded for reaching
the following levels:
7,000 Points
5,000 Points
3,000 Points
1,000 Points
B Informed B Active B Healthy B Well
Achieve the highest level, B Well, and receive up to a $750 HSA
contribution in addition to a $350 insurance premium savings for the
following year for those enrolled in one of Busey’s consumer-driven health
plans or $1,000 cash incentive for those not electing coverage through
Busey’s plan. Rewards for level(s) earned are paid out on a quarterly basis.
It is important to note HSA incentives and associated levels are based on
eligibility to open an HSA account. Associates not eligible for an HSA are
incentivized in another manner. Please contact Busey’s HR Beneits Team
with questions about qualiications.
