The following are signs you or someone you know might have diabetes.
Urinate a lot
Very thirsty
Lose weight without any reason
Feel tired
How Can Type 2 Diabetes Be Prevented?
Diabetes prevention is proven, possible, and powerful.
Lose excess weight: research shows weight loss of 5 percent to 7
percent of body weight for individuals overweight can help prevent or
delay type 2 diabetes in people with prediabetes
Exercise: at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity ive days
a week can help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes in people with
prediabetes
Eat healthy: eating a wide variety of foods low in fat and reducing
calorie intake has also been proven to aid in diabetes prevention
