Get a membership at a participating fitness center for only $100 per year
Members in Hawaii can “buy up” into an expanded fitness center network with a wider selection of locations
and services.
Some locations offer aerobic and strength-training equipment, saunas, pools, and whirlpools. Workout classes
may also be available.*
*Nonstandard services that require additional fees aren’t included in the Active&Fit program.
Don’t want to go to a fitness center? No problem!
Enroll in the Home Fitness program for only $10 and select up to two home fitness kits per benefit year. Choose
from 32 options, including a new Fitbit® Connected! kit. Kits may include a DVD, guide booklet, and other items.
Members can also access to the Active&Fit® website, which includes:

• The Active&Fit Connected! tool, a fun and easy way to track your exercise and activity with a wearable
fitness device, apps, and exercise equipment.**
• Fitness center search.
• Online classes.
• The Active&Fit quarterly newsletter.
**The cost of a wearable fitness device, app, or exercise equipment isn’t included in the Active&Fit program and won’t be reimbursed.
