Medical Coverage
Eligible employees will have the choice between three medical
plans—the Standard plan, the Buy-Up plan, and the High Deductible
plan.
All three plans are comprehensive beneit plans through
UnitedHealthcare which provide coverage for both medical and
prescription drugs. All three plans cover routine preventive care
at 100 percent. Before seeking preventive care, always check age
requirements on speciic well child, well man and well woman
screenings, vaccinations, and tests to conirm the visit will be
considered preventive and covered at 100 percent. We encourage you
to stay up to date with your preventive care visits and work with your
physician to identify care options which help maintain or improve
your health. All three plans are compliant with the guidelines issued
by the US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF).

please visit www.myuhc.com. When asked to select a network, choose
UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus.
