In addiion to disability beneits that you may receive, Dentsu Aegis Network Family Friendly
will be providing you with addiional paid ime of based upon years of Beneits
service. Our eligibility deiniion includes Primary and Secondary Caregivers.
Family Medical Leave (FML) coverage also includes domesic partners.
Paricipaion in this program varies by brand. At the ime you are preparing
for your leave of absence, your eligibility for this program will be discussed
and conirmed.

In addiion, we will be ofering a Slow Re-Entry program that provides the
employee with lexibility on return to work date/schedule to ease back in to
full ime employment during their irst four weeks back at work.
Bright Horizons Back-up Care Advantage
and CareDirect
We know that caring for your family is a priority, but it can oten be diicult to
secure care when your primary source is not available at the last minute. In 2017
we have partnered with Bright Horizons to help you when these situaions occur.
Here are details on some of the beneits you will have access to through
Bright Horizons:
Back-Up Care Advantage Program® Bright Horizons Caredirect™
X Urgent or planned back-up child and adult/elder care X Online naional database powered by Sitercity
X Center-based Care Copays- $15/ child per day, $25/family per day X Child and elder caregivers
X In-home Care Copays: $6/hour, 4 hour minimum X Before/ater school care, nannies, pet care
X 15 annual uses per employee X Senior care advising through Years Ahead
X Indemniied caregivers X Preferred enrollment at Bright Horizons centers
