As a reminder, every man, woman and child is required to have medical coverage. If you do not have some type of medical
coverage, you will be subject to an IRS penalty.
If you meet TheBANK’s eligibility for medical coverage and do not currently have any medical coverage, you may want to
consider obtaining coverage under TheBANK’s medical plan. This enrollment is your opportunity to obtain medical coverage for
you and your dependents, if you and/or your dependents do not currently have any medical coverage. This will be your only
opportunity to elect medical coverage under TheBANK’s plan until the next election period (in which coverage would be effective
July 1, 2016). The only exception that allows you to enroll in the middle of the year is if you experience a qualifying life event
such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, divorce, death or loss of current medical coverage.
