2019 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
VOLUNTARY BENEFITS
LegalShield
There are two parts to this optional benefit, a LegalShield plan and an identity
theft shield plan.
The LegalShield plan gives you direct toll-free access to a carefully selected
provider law firm. The provider law firm is qualified to assist you with various
legal questions, advice, letters/calls made on your behalf, contract review,
preparing wills/living wills/healthcare power of attorney, traffic related issues,
and other various legal assistance.
The identity theft shield plan allows you to rest assured knowing conspicuous
activity on your credit report is being monitored. If your identity is stolen,
LegalShield provides counsel and works to restore your identity for you. This is
an optional benefit which is payroll deducted, but 100 percent paid for by you.
You can elect to enroll in both the LegalShield and identity theft plan or only
one.
