Premium quality underlay which prevents rugs from slipping on textile and smooth flooring.
Top Fleece II is the ultimate anti-slip rug underlay for use on all floor types. This unique product
has two different surfaces, one coated with a dry adhesive, the other with an anti-slip coating to
ensure the best grip regardless of the rug type or the floor covering it is to be used on. The super
stiff hi-density needle punched fleece will not ruck or crease, providing optimum support for any
rug.

Multi-purpose Super Dual Fleece offers a simple and convenient anti-slip solution for preventing rugs
from slipping and moving on all floor types including; carpets, laminates and vinyl.

• Machine washable (40º) for easy cleaning and to restore
functionality.
• Adhesive-free, needle punched, polyester fleece. Impregnated
with acrylic resin ensures no residues will be left on the floor.
