New Orleans Fashion Week founder Tracee Dundas congratulates “Top Design”
winner Mimi Holaday on her win. Holaday is a spirited designer who has much
fashion experience spanning the industry.
The 2017 Top Design Winner is a New Orleans native who learned the fashion
practices of other countries including the fair trade principles of Antigua, interna-
tional manufacturing in Hong Kong, premium denim production in Italy and
Haute Couture in Paris!
