Dubai Creek Heights, brought together industry leaders to discuss cutting-edge fleet solutions, sustainable transportation
methods, and emerging opportunities in the sector.

As the lead sponsor, Bridgestone played a prominent role, with Berk Berksoy, Fleet Solutions OEM and Retread Manager,
delivering a keynote presentation titled ‘Bridgestone Fleet Care’. Berksoy highlighted Bridgestone’s commitment to reducing
operational costs, improving safety standards, and maximizing fleet performance for its customers. He further emphasized the
company’s unwavering focus on sustainability, outlining initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental footprint through eco-
friendly fleet operations.

“Our Fleet Care program addresses the challenges faced by fleet operators, offering a comprehensive solution that combines
reliable 24/7 breakdown support, accessible through a seamless mobile app and multilingual call center experience,” said
Berksoy. He also revealed plans for future growth, with an expansion focus on Oman and Saudi Arabia.

During the event, discussions centered around market dynamics, fleet electrification, sustainability in transportation, and the
impact of digitalization on supply chain efficiency. Insights into end-user perspectives and opportunities in the aftermarket sector
were also key highlights.

Bridgestone's Fleet Care program integrates tyre services, vehicle maintenance, and fleet management under a single platform,
aiming to streamline operations. According to recent UAE data, battery boosting accounts for 32% of vehicle breakdowns,
followed by radiator leakages at 23%, underscoring the need for proactive maintenance and sustainable fleet care.
