In our experience, resilience is the foundation that allows businesses to move beyond survival and
achieve sustainable growth. What separates SMEs that thrive beyond their third year is their ability to
adapt, manage cash flow carefully, and continuously improve their products or services. Successful
businesses do not just chase fast growth; they also invest in building strong systems and stay true to
the needs of their customers.

My advice to national enterprises is that they should focus on building a solid foundation. If I were to
offer one key piece of advice, it would be this: build your business to withstand change, not just to
grow. This means understanding your market, controlling your costs, and being ready to adjust when
conditions change. Growth will come, but resilience is built through consistency, discipline, and the
ability to evolve over time.
