MAKKAH — Minister of Health Fahad Al-Jalajel inspected on Monday several
healthcare facilities in Makkah. He reviewed their preparedness for providing high-
quality medical care and services for pilgrims and worshipers during the peak
annual Umrah season in Ramadan.

Al-Jalajel visited Ajyad Emergency Hospital, which specializes in emergency and
intensive care, Jiwar Medical Services Center, and Al-Haram Emergency
Centers. He reviewed their capabilities and readiness to handle emergencies and
urgent medical cases at a time when the Grand Mosque witnessing a huge influx of
the faithful.

During the tour, the minister reviewed their emergency preparedness and rapid
response to urgent cases. He emphasized that providing comprehensive and safe
healthcare to pilgrims is a top priority for the healthcare system.

Al-Jalajel highlighted the ministry's intensive efforts to ensure the readiness of
medical facilities and the integration of health services during the Ramadan and
