Emirati citizens can seamlessly activate this service using their Emirati ID through the ‘Usrati Bundle,’
an integrated, proactive platform that connects government services across various federal and local
entities. Designed to support Emirati citizens in building their families and fulfilling their needs, the
‘Usrati Bundle’ eliminates the need for a separate application, reflecting MOC’s commitment to
streamlining government procedures and enhancing accessibility in line with the Zero Government
Bureaucracy Programme.

MOC has issued over 100,000 memberships to its affiliate libraries for children, reaffirming its
commitment to expanding access to knowledge and enriching cultural opportunities for future
generations.
