Teachers will be enabled to:

1 Experience self-directed, enquiry learning in a future-focused
professional learning environment

2 Work collaboratively as part of a team on common areas of interest
and need

3 Test new ideas and utilise data to improve student learning, progress
and attainment

4 Develop personal and professional competencies mapped to the
Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and identified
professional learning goals

5 Engage in learning in a blended learning environment

6 Actively support and contribute to the realisation of the OneSchool
Global Vision for Learning

7 Celebrate their learning, share with colleagues and build capacity
within their school and across OneSchool more widely
