Whilst Liverpool hosts Eurovision on Ukraine’s behalf, Xpresia sees
collaborations between British and Ukrainian creative producers and
curators, to deliver something unique, vibrant and atmospheric. Xpresia
celebrates culture, unity and creativity through visual arts, electronic
music, DJs, live music, theatre and cabaret and creative technology.
