The Chassis is a
traditional style featuring
Jimmy Bullard mandrel
bent 2x4 rails. The front
end is a drop axle with 37
spindles. Bringing Nellie to a
halt are SoCal disk brakes in
the front and Wildwood disk
in the rear. The brake booster
and master cylinder are neatly
hidden under the dash. Her
wheels are custom made by
Rally America with 18x4’s
in the front and 20x5 in
the rear. All wrapped with
Coker Excelsior tires.
Providing Nailhead
Nellie’s power is a super cool
1955 264ci Buick Nailhead with
Martin intakes and 4 Stromburg
carbs. All freshly built by Buick
Nailhead in California. A 350-turbo
tranny sends the power back to a
Winters quick change rearend.
