or-treaters. There were contests for fl amethrowing,
pipe rapping, a costume contest, and a low rider
limbo, among other things. The guys and gals
also managed to collect cash, food, and hygiene
donations for Hope4Youth, a homeless youth
outreach center based in Anoka, MN.
