We’ve been expanded... again. I cannot thank
everyone that I have on my admin team enough.
Kyle Cross (facebook.com/kylecrossphotography)
continues to bring amazing content and a real
positive attitude around. Ryan Harrison (http://
rivalhou.se) has been pushing my Instagram in ways
that it hasn’t been pushed before and also coming
up with some great fi nds. Jenna Spencer is always
quick to post local (to her) fi nds that are really rad
and everyone else does really good things as well.
My friends are really amazing with the support/
ideas/content I’ve been getting lately. This
expansion is huge to me and I’m really excited to
bring a whole new level to what we do.
Social media is a wonderful thing. I am amazed
at how quickly a single image can spread across the
world like wildfi re. These different platforms have
really made it simple to fi nd anything you could
imagine (as well as things that will haunt you and
you can’t unsee.)
My main ‘go to’ as far as posting and sharing
content is Facebook. It’s user friendly, nice simple
layout and it’s just a good media in which to share
images and thoughts. I have been getting more
involved in sharing things through Instagram
recently and really am having fun with it.
With my name being Rust is NOT a Crime it
doesn’t really limit me all that much. If it’s rusted it is
fair game to be posted. Instagram kind of takes the
cell phone pictures and allows you to fi lter them in
almost infi nite ways to make the image more unique
or draw attention to a specifi c part.
We’re found on instagram at @rustisnotacrime.
These images are some of the things I have
collected there over the years. I really hope you
enjoy these as much as I do sharing them with you.
Thanks for the continued support and we look
forward to seeing you at shows around the Midwest.
