at rodding is a direct descendant of the original hot-rodding

scene that arrived back in the fi rst half of the 20th century.
There aren’t many of those pioneers around anymore.
R And there are fewer yet that are still actually building cars.
Luckily for us, we were able to spend some time with one of

those pioneers. He won’t admit it, but Mukwonago’s Dick Duston
is a Wisconsin legend. Fellow RRM writer Pastor David Moulder
and I recently took a trip out to Dick’s place to talk about both his
life and the cars that he’s recently built.
