ell I gotta say I’m really enjoying this gig. As a professional ll I gotta say I’m really enjoying this gig. As a professional
photographer, I’m so used to working my butt off shooting
photographer, I’m so used to working my butt off shooting
events that I never really get to take one in and enjoy it. I had

the pleasure of attending this year’s RatCity Rukkus in Vegas
the pleasure of attending this year’s RatCity Rukkus in Vegas
(one of my personal favs) and left the photo coverage to the
very skilled Stuntgirl herself, Angela Wade Klingenmeier. As you can see in
this issue, she never lets us down.
I did however get some shooting in with the Rukkus best of show
winner as well as this year’s Miss Rukkus. There’s nothing better to me than
being a part of making someone’s dream of being featured in a national
newsstand magazine, come true. Now I get to share that excitement on
a regular basis not only as a photographer, but as Editor in Chief of this
awesome magazine.
Speaking of events, we are proud to welcome Robin Hetchler to
our staff here at RRM. Robin is no stranger to the Rat Rod world and
has contributed many times to this magazine. She’s an accomplished
photographer and friend to us all. As Event Coverage Coordinator, she will
be on the hunt for all new events. If you know of one we need to cover, hit

I’m happy to say we are doing the Podcasts again and if you missed the
fi rst one this summer then you didn’t hear us address the rumor on the Rat
Rod Tour. Well, Craig and I are batting around ideas for the return of the Rat
Rod Magazine Tour. So yes, that rumor is true. However, if we are going to
do it, we are going to do it bigger and better. We have some ideas but as
always, I’m open to others so don’t hesitate to shoot me an email. I may be
a little slow to answer due to the infl ux of emails I get, but I will eventually
read them.
And with that… I am outa here! Short and sweet this issue!
