An innovative year
Onn the subject of innovation, the first quarter saw the inaugural Innovation

Awards, where staff from across the business voted on what they thought was the
best idea that has been implemented in a number of projects. These have taken
place every three months since, and we had over 150 entries across the 3
submission windows in 2018, with individuals and teams deservedly being
recognised and rewarded for their innovative approach.
