of the year Around the Business

 An innovative year

Onn the subject of innovation, the first quarter saw the inaugural Innovation
 O
Awards, where staff from across the business voted on what they thought was the
best idea that has been implemented in a number of projects. These have taken
place every three months since, and we had over 150 entries across the 3
submission windows in 2018, with individuals and teams deservedly being
recognised and rewarded for their innovative approach.
