entrepreneurship is connected to his ‘why’ and he is living out his purpose, he would laugh at that offer. Sure, it may seem like less work, less responsibility and a guaranteed paycheck, but in reality this man’s passion is already attached to his business. He is fulfilled. He is continuing to grow. In fact, he just provided two jobs last month to young men who are in the community re-entry program. These men served time in jail and now are receiving a second chance at life. This extra layer of fulfillment further connects this entrepreneur to his ‘why.’ Do you think he knew he’d be helping change lives when he first felt that inner pull to start his own lawn service company? Of course not, but he had the courage to follow his inner compass. He decided to say yes to that pull.
Where is your inner compass pointing you? If you choose to listen and continue to give yourself permission to live out your greatest purpose, you will find it, because it’s already within you.
