 Activity Exercise 5 : Doing New Things
Continue with this exercise and become more and more aware of how habitual you are in every area of your life.
Be as creative as you can with new ways you can respond to life.
• Are you thinking in new ways?
• Are you acting in new ways?
• Are you able to generate different feelings to normal in the same
situations?
• Are you able to deliberately perceive things in different ways?
• Are you able to believe something different than normal?
• Are you able to be very deliberate when you would normally be
on autopilot?
• Are you able to be kind when you would normally be critical?
• Are you able to be optimistic when you would normally be
