By consciously setting the intention to be happy, you are stating that being happy is important to you and that you are going to make time for it.

One of the best ways to find happiness is to look for ways that you are able to use your God given talents and abilities in the service of others, so that you can develop and grow in your area of giftedness, whilst at the same time helping your fellow man.
If you don’t know what your area of giftedness is, follow your interests. Most people don’t know what they want to be when they grow up, they have to find out. Experiencing life is how you find out.
