409 physically indulged, will soon shatter the nervous system.
410 Strong, pure, and happy thoughts build up the body in vigor
411 and grace. The body is a delicate and plastic instrument,
412 which responds readily to the thoughts by which it is
413 impressed, and habits of thought will produce their own
414 effects, good or bad, upon it.
415 Men will continue to have impure and poisoned blood so long
416 as they propagate unclean thoughts. Out of a clean heart
417 comes a clean life and a clean body. Out of a defiled mind
418 proceeds a defiled life and corrupt body. Thought is the fount
419 of action, life and manifestation; make the fountain pure, and
420 all will be pure.
