Toasted Onion Dip
An 8 oz. New York State Sharp Cheddar Cheese Ball is bursting with the great taste of our finest aged New York State cheddar and topped off with a lavish coating of crunchy diced almonds.
• 8 oz Original Herkimer® Sharp Cheddar Cheese Ball
(can choose any flavor you prefer)
• 4 oz Sour Cream
• 1 Tsp. Minced toasted onion
• 1/2 Tsp. Onion powder
• 1/2 Tsp. Parsley
• Toasted baguette slices or crackers
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place all ingredients in food blender. Blend until smooth.

2.Spoon mixture into a 1 quart baking dish and smooth the top.
3. Place in the oven to bake 25-30 minutes until edges and top lightly brown. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
