• 14 ounces of Castello® Double Crème Blue • 11⁄2 ounces dried dates
•1pear
• 3 ounces of walnuts
• Fresh thyme for garnish
1. Remove the pits from the dates and stuff with Castello® Double Crème Blue.
2. Cut one pear into thin slices and put one slice in each date. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until lightly brown.
3. Garnish the dates with walnuts and fresh thyme and serve.
