 Systems Testing and Evaluation – Knowledge of principles, methods, and tools to

compare systems or components against requirements and specifications. Results

are evaluated to assess progress, performance and quality.

 Technology Awareness – Knowledge of developments and new applications of IT

(e.g., hardware, software, telecommunications), emerging technologies and their

applications to business processes, and applications and implementation of

information systems to meet organizational requirements.
