Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. formed a partnership with the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of
Child Health and Human Development (parent company is National Institutes of Health) in 2016. The partner-
ship includes a bullying component, “Bullying – Be More Than a Bystander,” that has been incorporated into the
TTA M.O.M.E.N.T.U.M. Program. It is spearheaded by Dr. Triesta Fowler of the NICHD. The program takes
place every year February through May.
