Conclusion

This condensed version of the California Association of
REALTORS® 2018 Housing Market Forecast was prepared by

the Bishop Real Estate Group. In the previous pages, current
California real estate market was examined and predictions were
made for the coming year.

C.A.R.’s annual forecast yields few surprises, but gives
reassurance that the market will remain stable and see steady
growth in 2018, although at a much more modest pace than
previous years.
