Seminal Bridging the Gap in School Achievement Through the Arts research study is published fortifying our reputation as a leading contributor to Australia’s educational ecosystem, and a critical advocate for the arts in schools.
ARTS:LIVE
is launched providing generalist primary school teachers with curriculum aligned, online educational resources in
the arts.
Deadly Arts programs are co-designed in partnership with First Nations elders in Western Sydney.
Transformational Learning through Creativity (TLC) programs are launched with integrated program design bringing together student learning, teacher professional learning, online resources and community projects.
The DUET teacher professional learning program
is launched in 80 schools in Victoria through the Victorian Government’s Music In Schools initiative.
The Song Room partners with ARIA
to launch the ARIA Music Teacher Award.
A detailed review of The Song Room’s educational program design results in the development of a new Program Logic underpinned by
The Song Room’s expertise and research evidence, and supporting young people’s social and emotional learning.
The Song Room secures Victorian Government funding to deliver
a new program, Kaleidoscope, focussing on student social and emotional learning.
