1964 Foundation of VERO® Electronics GmbH in Bremen

1979 The british cable-manufacturing group BICC acquires the VERO® group
and is renamed BICC VERO®

1986 BICC VERO® buys the Imhoff group in England

1994 BICC VERO® becomes VERO® Electronics GmbH

1998 APW (USA) takes over the VERO® group

2002 Through partial buy-out of the management, HDD Technologies
GmbH is created. Start of the business with a total of 17 employees
and three shareholders in the field of frontpanel services
