We have had on various occasions partners and members who try to make withdrawals, but then their Banking Details are not completed and they cannot understand why they don’t receive their funds.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PROFILE DETAILS, INCLUDING YOUR BANKING DETAILS, are completed BEFORE you make any withdrawals.

Deposits from other banks than those which we make use of, can take up to 3 working days before it clears in our bank account. Credits are only granted AFTER clearance
The payments on TRADE Withdrawals are normally done the MONDAY aTer the Sunday, when renewals were due for payment
Payments to your bank accounts might take a bit longer than 1 day if it is not a FNB Bank account
RE-Investment approvals are Normally done on Mondays and Tuesdays in the system aTer the reconciliaMons were done on the Sunday of the closing period. Re- Investments will never be turned down if the requirements for the minimum deposit amounts are met. THEREFORE, DO NOT PANIC if your Re-INVESTMENT is PENDING. AS LONG as you have done it BEFORE Sunday NOON and it meets the minimum requirement of UHC 250.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PROOF of payment via email. Post your deposit for your Wallet at the DEPOSIT bu]on and your TRADE Deposit must be uploaded when you make a Trade order at the TRADE page.
