BUSINESS COMMITTEE: Sallye reported committee met on Tuesday, 12/10/19 at 6:03 pm. Present: Sallye, Heidi, Jerry, Tony, Pete, Rich, Wayne and Connie. Absent: Robin.
There was a quorum.
November 2019 Minutes were approved. November 2019 Financial Statements approved November 2019 Financial Summary:
November Net Loss is 1,568. Our 2019 YTD Net Revenue is 1,443. Group and Individual Contributions were 8,273. Literature Sales Revenue and CD Bank Interest were 1,128 while total office and committee expenses were 10,969.

H & I Representative: Gerry S. shared H&I take AA Meetings and AA Literature into places where people can’t get out to meetings – jails, prisons, hospitals, etc. OUR STEP 12 EXPERIENCE CAN HELP OTHERS and volunteers are needed! Please attend our orientation on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 12 noon in the "Machinists Hall" located at 5150 Kearny Mesa Rd. San Diego, Ca. 92111, or on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM at San Diego AA Central Office. Our subcommittee "Contact on Release" matches people being released from these facilities with AA Volunteers who take them to meetings in their local area and meets at the "Machinists Hall" on the 3rd Sunday at 10:30 AM. Note to "Facility Coordinators": the new policy for literature pickup is to attend the monthly orientation on the 3rd Sunday, fill out literature requests by 12 noon and pickup literature at the end of the orientation.
