CEC Adhoc Committee (Cooperating w/Elder Community): Kenny shared the committee had their first committee meeting on 12/11/19 at Central Office
1.GSO International Convention Committee requested information on San Diego CEC. Will be sending a copy our CEC Brochure.
2.CEC delivered Pamphlet Rack to St Paul/Pace Downtown location.
3.January 2020: Booth at Homeless event.
4.February 2020: CEC Presentation at PACE. COORDINATOR NEWSLETTER: Mike, thank you to those who submitted their experience, strength and hope for others to read.
Monthly Themes: are on the front page of the Coordinator Newsletter. Submissions of 27-1000 words welcome. Personal Recovery Poems/Limericks of 200 words. Send to sdaa.newsletter@gmail.com or mail to Central Office at 7075-B Mission Gorge Rd San Diego, CA 92120. Committee NEEDS HELP each month to collate your Coordinator Newsletter. Approximate 1 hour of service. Come join in the fun Wednesday after Council at Central Office at 5:02 pm.

PUBLIC INFORMATION COMMITTEE: Rick, Chair reported it was a short meeting with 3 members and Jean, CEC Adhoc Committee.
1. January 2020 for the homeless. Will have table with literature.
2. In communication with Islamic Center to arrange a presentation.
3. Public Information is a terrific opportunity to be of service. Please join us at our next committee meeting on First Monday of month @ Central Office- 6 pm.

Motion presented by Lani, Coordinator: The Casa de Oro Tradition 5 group requests the San Diego Intergroup begin publishing San Diego area meeting information currently found in both the print schedules and the aasandiego.org website on the AA Meeting Guide App. Background: Our group read and discussed the Meeting Guide App information available at AA.org and voted unanimously in favor of having San Diego meeting information included on the app. One of the functions of the San Diego Central Office specified in Intergroup Guidelines is to “maintain a schedule of group meeting information in our area” and new information is currently updated on aasandiego.org as it is called in by local groups. AA meeting information has been handled by the Intergroup since its inception. Motion was seconded by Tom M., Three Legacies Group. Discussion ensued. Motion was tabled to January
meeting.
